CSS eGECKO

- Posted in Adjacent Systems by

I successfully managed a project to establish a data interface between CSS eGECKO payroll and Diamant/4. To ensure data privacy and compliance, the transfer containers for salary payments are anonymized and securely routed directly into the electronic banking workflow.

P&I LOGA3

- Posted in Adjacent Systems by

Following the migration to P&I LOGA3 as payroll platform, I led the implementation project for an automated interface to Diamant/4. This included the use of a standardized data file format and a secure, scheduled file transfer process via WebDAV, enabling seamless integration and efficient data exchange between payroll and finance systems.

EU Sanctions Screening

- Posted in Adjacent Systems by

As part of our compliance initiative aligned with EU sanctions regulations, I managed the project to implement an automated screening process for payments and business partners. This included integrating a sanctions-checking solution into both our ERP and financial systems to prevent any transfers to individuals or entities flagged on current sanctions lists.

The solution accesses our ERP system and connects with Diamant by web services to continuously monitor all creditors and outgoing payments. In the event of a potential match, the system automatically blocks the relevant party or transaction. These blocks can only be lifted following a formal verification process, ensuring that compliance decisions are traceable and rigorously managed. Once cleared, payments resume during the next scheduled payment run.

CPweb

In response to regulatory changes in 2014, we redesigned the debt collection process within our ERP environment to align with updated legal requirements. In the same year, we successfully transitioned all payment operations to SEPA standards.

As our national payments system was shifted to SEPA, we implemented CPS as a new payment platform, replacing MultiWeb as the previous system to enhance automation and compliance. The new solution was configured to automatically handle both direct debit and transfer data from integrated systems. It also included an alert mechanism for payment approvals and timely notifications ahead of processing deadlines.

KAVIA

In 2008, I led the migration process to asset management and accounting software KAVIA. KAVIA is a specialized asset management platform, also covering regulatory reporting.

To enhance integration and regulatory compliance, we later implemented an interface for automated regulatory reporting and established a seamless data connection to our financial accounting system Diamant. This setup enabled the automatic transfer of subledger journal entries, improving efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
