I successfully managed a project to establish a data interface between CSS eGECKO payroll and Diamant/4. To ensure data privacy and compliance, the transfer containers for salary payments are anonymized and securely routed directly into the electronic banking workflow.
As a contributor to DIOPLUS, an industry-wide standardization initiative by BiPRO, I participated in the development of a communication protocol for automated financial transactions between insurance providers and their distribution partners. Within our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, I led the implementation of this protocol to enable the electronic transfer of commission-related data.
The initial phase of the project focused on inbound commission settlements, streamlining the process from insurer to agent. Following its successful completion, we expanded the system to support inbound settlements — enabling automated tracking of payments collected by agents on behalf of insurers.
The solution features a full audit trail, automated reconciliation, and exception handling capabilities, significantly improving transparency and operational efficiency in commission management.
